Triple-Height Lobby Walkthrough: DHA Multan | Video Tour

Architecture is the art of defining volume. In our latest project, we explored the intersection of grandeur and intimacy within a residential core. This video showcases a triple-height lobby that serves as the heart of a modern house design in DHA Multan. By manipulating scale and light, we have created a space that is both awe-inspiring and deeply welcoming. We invite you to watch the video and experience the architectural sequence firsthand.

Video Overview

This cinematic walkthrough captures the essence of vertical luxury. Over the course of this short yet impactful visual tour, viewers are guided through the entry sequence of one of our most ambitious projects. The video highlights the transition from the exterior threshold into the expansive triple-height volume. You will see how the luxury home interior design Pakistan market is evolving toward a more restrained, sophisticated aesthetic. The scope of this project involved an end-to-end design and execution strategy, ensuring that the structural soaring height felt intentional rather than cavernous. Key moments in the video focus on the play of natural light against structured surfaces and the rhythmic placement of premium cladding.

Design Highlights Featured

In this walkthrough, several critical design elements define the spatial experience:

• Vertical Continuity: The triple-height walls are treated with seamless materials to emphasize the 10-meter vertical span without breaking the visual flow.
• Layered Lighting: We utilized a combination of recessed cove lighting, architectural spotlights, and a centerpiece feature to provide depth and warmth during evening hours.
• Material Palette: The video highlights our use of bespoke interior design solutions, featuring Italian marble flooring paired with matte-finished wall panels and metallic accents.
• Symmetry and Balance: Observe the precise alignment of structural columns and the way the staircase wraps around the volume, creating a sense of movement and architectural purpose.

These features represent the pinnacle of contemporary home design Pakistan, where every line serves a function and every material tells a story of quality.

The Design Process Captured

The journey of creating this lobby began with a challenge: how to make a three-story void feel like a home. Innovation was required to solve for acoustics and human scale. By introducing horizontal ‘breaks’ through lighting channels and texture shifts, we managed to ground the space. This transformation, captured in the video, demonstrates our commitment to smart home interior design Pakistan, where technology is integrated into the very fabric of the architecture. The sequence reflects a process of refinement—stripping away the unnecessary to reveal the essential beauty of the structure. It is a testament to the meticulous planning that Sardar Khan Design Studio brings to every interior design Multan project.
