A New Architectural Landmark in Model Town, Multan
At Sardar Khan Design Studio, we believe that architecture is more than just building walls; it is about shaping experiences. Our latest project, Chaaye Khana in Model Town Multan, is a testament to this philosophy. This project represents a comprehensive design direction where we have meticulously crafted both the structural form and the interior soul of the space.
The Architectural Vision: Light, Air, and Flow
The architecture of Chaaye Khana is designed to break the barriers between the built environment and nature. We have planned an open and connected environment that seamlessly links indoor and semi-outdoor areas. By prioritizing a smooth flow of light and air, the structure breathes, offering a refreshing atmosphere for visitors. Defined volumes and clean lines characterize the exterior, creating a bold identity that stands out in the heart of Multan.
Interior Direction: Comfort Meets Sophistication
Moving inside, the focus shifts toward human-centric design. We have utilized a palette of warm tones and natural materials to foster a sense of comfort and relaxation. The lighting is intentionally soft, designed to create a balanced environment that feels both active and cozy. Every corner is optimized for usability, ensuring that the aesthetic appeal never compromises the guest experience.
A Visual Journey: The Key Shot Analysis
The featured visual captures a pivotal moment in our design narrative. The key shot showcases the building’s exterior during a transition of light, where the warm interior glow spills through large glass apertures, contrasting beautifully with the textured masonry. The sequence captures the play of light across the structural volumes, implying a dynamic walkthrough that leads the eye from the clean entrance into the inviting depths of the cafe. This visual experience highlights the transparency and connectivity we aimed to achieve.
